Can you have more than one account with WordPress?

  I already have an account with WordPress, but I am planning on building a new business using WordPress and another hosting company as well as Aweber as an affiliate. Should I open a new account for this project or should I use my current account?

  If you are planning to use a different hosting provider for your new business site, then you do not need an account at WordPress.com at all for your site, though you may wish to use associated services like Akismet, Jetpack or Gravatar, all of which do require a WordPress.com account to connect them to your site. If that’s the case, you can create a separate WordPress.com account just for that purpose if you wish.

  If you do create a new account, I would strongly recommend that you keep track of the username, email address and password for both accounts, as that is often a source of confusion later on.
