  Can you have plugins with a free WordPress website? Or only with premium?
  I don’t have the tool to instal plugins or something.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. The answer is neither. We cannot use plugins at all on WordPress.com, regardless of upgrade. Plugins can only be used on self-hosted WordPress.org websites.

  I’m afraid I can’t answer that one for you. There are very many hosting providers on the net, and while many of them do support the WordPress.org software, many don’t. You’ll have to shop around till you find one you like.

  The hosting page on the WordPress.org website is a good place to start, and if you want more help I suggest you also post in the forum over there, as they’d be more able to give you a recommendation on which host’s service is best: http://wordpress.org/hosting/

  Please read what I wrote above. We cannot use plugins AT ALL on WordPress.com. Plugins can only be used on self-hosted WordPress.org websites.

  That plugin section ONLY applies to the three shopping cart plugins available to people with the Business Upgrade.
