Can you help me add users to my site?

  I’m trying to add users as contributors, and they receive the invitation email but then no confirmation email once they’ve set up an account. We’ve had NO response from customer service this whole week. Please help!!

  Please ask them to try logging in. If it works, try adding their WordPress.com account email address to the users page in your blog.

  If their account is not active yet, they should try contacting support even though there’s a delay.

  Or if you’re okay to post their usernames here, we can check them for you.
