Can you help me choose a Bluehost hosting plan?

Hello!
My name is Marvin, I’m a support technician trying to enter this fantastic WordPress design world.
So I got this project to build a online store for the business I work on, i built it with WordPress + Woocommerce
I also chose Bluehost as the hosting provider, and got a business pro shared hosting plan.
Everything works nice until we announce that we put our new products in the store, a lot of customers try to enter at the same time so it crashes, it shows internal server error. Some customers make a successful purchase, and as less customers try to buy, it recovers and go back to work fine.
I think about 1000 customers try to enter at the same time, our store has about 300 products, 20% of them has variations, we use storefront free theme and the website works nice, but the day we publish new products, we got a lot of incoming customers and the website crashes.
Can your help me choose a Bluehost hosting plan? Or maybe we can hire a service with other provider, but we prefer Bluehost because migration will be faster and we publish new products tomorrow.
