Can you help me delete my blog?

    I’m trying to cancel an entire website. When I go to do so, it says I first have to cancel my purchased domain. When I go to do that, my screen does not match what the support instructions say in the description of how to cancel an upgraded domain. That is, there is no “cancel” option under the “subscription status” button of my upgraded domain. Detailed instructions on how to remedy these issues would be fantastic. Enjoy the day. :)

    Hi,

    You have a couple of immediate options to remove the upgrade yourself (see http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#troubleshooting and the second to last question “I’m on the Delete Site page, but I see a message that the site can’t be deleted.”).

    To cancel the domain outright, without transferring it and thus losing it, staff can assist there.
