Can you help me figure out why my page isn't publishing?

  I have created, titled, added my form to, and published my page, but it doesn’t show up on with the other pages. I made an about page with no difficulty, but I’m struggling with this one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, we cannot help unless you give us more information. Is it a Post or a Page? Does it show up on the dashboard Post or Page pages? What form did you put in?

  And what is the title? What is the URL?

  It is a page. It shows up in the dashboard with the other pages. I put a contact form in it. Its title is Contact. The URL is http://alongthisroad.com/contact/

  If you’re using a Custom Menu, you need to add the new page to it.
