Can you help me fix the following issues?
-
Some pages in the admin section of the site are not loading completely: formatting is broken as if stylesheets aren’t loading. As an administrator, I should be able to edit all posts but some posts show no content when I try to edit. Examples are below. I can provide screenshots if needed.
Broken stylesheet? Does not load completely
https://tbalawlaunch.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.phpThis post cannot be edited. The edit window is blank and shows zero word count
http://tbalawlaunch.wordpress.com/2013/09/02/the-conscious-endeavor/Overall, the site seems to be loading slower than normal. A quick check of our Internet connection speed shows that our download speed is 10.19 Mbps. That should be plenty of bandwidth.
Running OSX 10.6.8 with FF 23.01 and Safari 5.1.9 and both browsers have this problem.
Please advise.

Note: There seem to be more problems in Safari than Firefox. Most admin pages will not load in Safari at all.

Users are reporting additional problems:
I tried to update my profile and add my photo last night. The upload function for the picture got stuck in an endless loop and prevented the update profile feature from working. The picture function has been very difficult for me to work with. I have not yet posted to the blog but hope to do that in the next couple of days.

Your website is faster than 57% of all tested websites.
report here > http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/ciMNpM/http://tbalawlaunch.wordpress.com/
That would not make me happy at all. I would immediately read that report and act to reduce the page loading time. These are the ways to reduce page loading time:
1. Edit posts and insert “the more tag” so only excerpts appear on the fort page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/2. Reduce the number of posts appearing on the front page here > Settings > Reading
Blog pages show at most _ posts3. Reduce the number of images and or media embeds displayed and/or make them smaller.
4. Reduce the number of widgets in the sidebar and footer areas.

Thank for the tips.
I’ve tried everything on that list. The site is built with minimal images (at small sizes) and widgets. With the exception of the one post that I’ve not been able to edit, they all have a <more> tag so that only the first paragraph of the posts are displayed on the home page.
Here are my ping results. They seem ok to me:

I’ll wait to hear from the staff regarding the issues.
thanks

Problems with these links too. The first has a broken stylesheet. The second does not load at all: Neither FF nor Safari can find the gravitar.com server.

Update: I don’t know why or what happened, but most of the problems seem to be resolved now. Will let you know if anything changes.
thanks again

I expect that was due to techy Staff working in the background. I assume that as your provided relevant specific and detailed information up front they had what they need to make the required fixes. :)

I’m glad it’s been resolved now. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
