Can you help me get my custom header to display?
-
I am using the Harmonize theme and have found how to upload a custom header. Unfortunately, once I upload the image and hit save, it says it’s published but is not displaying. I resized the image to be the exact recommended size but it’s still not working.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@finedon
This is the WordPress.COM support forum. Here we provide support only for blogs hosted by WordPress.comYou are referring to a WordPress.ORG software install and you need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

dairysmartnutrition and finedon – Harmonic displays the header image at the top of the Blog page. Since neither of you appears to have a blog, that’s why you’re not seeing it anywhere.
Once you publish some posts and add a link to the blog in your menu, you should see your header displayed there.
Let me know if this helps!

Hi I am starting a web site and do not want to do to much until I know which theme I am going to use the site homepage is at http://www.songsofkeiththompson.finedon.org.uk/
and the header image is not showing. This is not my first site I have quite a few years experience as an enthusiastic amature. I have viewed my page in Chrome & IE neither show the header image.
Thank you for your help -
That is a WordPress.ORG blog, not a WordPress.COM blog and you need to be in their forums for help with that version of the software.

I had already received that information. I was simply replying to your message.
Thank you for helping -
finedon – I’d be glad to help you out over in the WordPress.org forums. Since Harmonic is not yet in the WordPress.org directory, it doesn’t have its own specific forum, but if you go ahead and post in the Themes forum and then come back here and post a link to your thread, I’ll be able to find it there and help you. Look forward to seeing your post there!

p.s. just to reiterate, the issue is that you have only added pages to your menu, not a posts page (blog index). Harmonic’s header only appears on your blog (posts) page, as you can see in the demo:
