Can you help me go from two accounts to one?

I have created 2 wordpress accounts with the same email address “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”.
one has the username “boxheartjml” and the other is “boxheart”
The “boxheart” account is the one I have set as the home page for my website http://www.boxheart.co.uk and hence the one I would like to maintain.
However I can not log in. I think this is because there is already an account of this name allocated to another person, can you let me know what I should do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The accounts “boxheartjml” and “boxheart” use two different email accounts. As I took a look, it doesn’t appear that you own the “boxheart” account as someone with a different name owns it. Can you please verify this? Thank you!

The installation form allowed me to enter “boxheart” with my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address but when I exited and tryied to re-open my account it did not allow me access. I searched for “boxheart” on WP and found a completely different blog so I had assumed that my “boxheart” account was an error.
I hope that it hasn’t effected the other blog.
I’m happy to use “boxheartjml” as an account, I just need to know now how I obtain the WP files to store in my domain root so that my index. file sees the WP blog as my home page.
I’m not the most computer literate person so I hope the above makes sense.

If you point your browser to http://boxheartjml.wordpress.com/index.php, it automatically goes to http://boxheartjml.wordpress.com/.
I just need to know now how I obtain the WP files to store in my domain root so that my index. file sees the WP blog as my home page.
We don’t actually allow that if you mean obtaining your WordPress core files. Can you clarify on this one?
