Can you help me move my subscribers please?

    Can you help me move my subscribers please? I have installed Jetpack, activated the subscribers module as advised in the support page and clicked on the ‘contact us’ link to ask WordPress to move my subscribers. This seems to just take me back to where I started, viewing the transfer subscribers page. I cant seem to find where or who to ask to transfer my subscribers can anyone help me please,
