Can you help me recover my website, Facial Beauty Pro, on WordPress?

  I am trying to recover my blog for Facial Beauty Pro so that I may reactivate. Can you help?

  Was the blog under a WordPRes.com user account that you no longer have access to? Or was it a blog that was deleted and you are now hoping to un-delete?

  Yes the blog was under a WordPress.com user account…I never deleted it. It seems I no longer have access to it. I can get in to WordPress but not to that destination. My blog shows up on my Facebook business page and when I click on it, of course, it goes to my website url. It was a wordpress blog hosted by Network Solutions….not sure where to go..

  It was a wordpress blog hosted by Network Solutions

  These two things are contradictory. Your former blog could be a WordPress.com blog or a self-hosted blog. It cannot be both.

  What is the URL of your former site?

  Facial Beauty.Pro

  Okay so it was self hosted at Network Solutions ….my partner said he loaded word press on to Network Solutions.

  Ask Network Solutions if they have any backup files you can get from them. Some hosts keep the files for a while

  The domain name is still registered I assume to your pardner. you will need their help if you want to change hosts.

  Sadly, there isn’t anything that WordPress.com support can do to help you recover your site.
