Can you help me refund?

Hi there
I purchased a mapping service a year ago and had difficulty in getting it to do what I wanted. Because of this I no longer used wordpress allowing it to expire. I have never been familiar with wordpress and so was unaware that there had been an autorenewal settings. Today it has charged me £13 again for another year of a service I literally do not use. I know its not a lot. But I really do not need this service. After doing some research I have found out how to cancel the renewal. But how do I get a refund?

You must be logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
