  I tried to renew my domain and can’t find how, I can only find how to cancel. Can you help me?

  I received notification my domain renewal was overdue. It said to click on “renew” but there is no “renew” to click on. Now what?

  Hi there,

  Your domain, galeborgerbooks.com, is actually still active. It was registered with a third party domain registrar and will not expire until later this year.

  What expired was your domain mapping, which you can repurchase. You will need to log in to your account’s Dashboard, and then navigate to the Store and then Domains. In the little box, type in your domain, and click the blue button which says “Add Domain to Account.”

  Once you complete the purchase process for your domain, your site will become active again at galeborgerbooks.com!
