To renew a domain name you need to be logged in as the owner of that Upgrade
What do you see for status?
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History -

You are still in the grace period – you should see a Renew button or something like that with the domain name – is there another account name that you might have used to buy / renew the domain name in the past?
Only the account that owns an upgrade can renew it
