Can you help me renew my domain that expired yesterday?

  I thought the domain would automatically renew and I don’t recall seeing a notice about it. Please help!

  Someone has flagged this for staff attention

  To renew a domain name you need to be logged in as the owner of that Upgrade

  What do you see for status?

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
  Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History

  You are still in the grace period – you should see a Renew button or something like that with the domain name – is there another account name that you might have used to buy / renew the domain name in the past?

  Only the account that owns an upgrade can renew it

  It looks like you renewed this today. I’m seeing the expiration date as March 20, 2014.
