Can you help me renew my expired domain subscription?

  You guys have the most treacherously difficult-to-use help process I’ve ever seen.
  My domain subscription expired on February 1, 2013 for imagineSanAntonio.org
  I would like to renew it. Please help!

  To renew anything you need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns an upgrade.

  Is there another account you might have used to purchase the upgrade?

  If it really did expire in Feb you have a serious problem as that is way past Redemption, it seems to be owned by a Dave currently

  I have flagged this for the staff to help

  Also you don’t need to open many threads for the same question – this is a duplicate

  I remain befuddled… My domain subscription expired, but according to http://whois.domaintools.com/imaginesanantonio.org , the “right people,” that is the original purchasers who remain part of the group which has used the site, “syncro architecture studio” owns the domain name. If they still own it, what are the issues around renewing the domain name subscription?
