Can you help me retrieve my previous work?

Good afternoon. I have recently joined the website Trainerize.com. The first thing I did was added my WordPress blog onto that website. Then I decided to use my URL for the trainerize website. I followed all of the steps necessary to successfully complete the task. However, now when I click on the blog tab on my website, it just directs me back to the home page rather than the blog. I realize I did the steps backwards. But now, I don’t know how to retrieve my previous work. Can you help?

Hi there. I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is only for free WordPress.com blogs. Both http://www.millenniafitness.com/ and http://www.trainerize.com/ are self-hosted WordPress.ORG installs. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I’ll try WordPress.org next. But first, I want to let you know that millenniafitness.com was originally made from WordPress.com. I found a host from godaddy.com. When I converted to trainerize, they are self hosted so that’s when I lost everything.

Does the original WordPress.com site still exist? If you haven’t deleted that site or the content on it, you can create a new export file by going to Tools ->Export on that blog’s dashboard which you can then upload to your WordPress.org site.
However, if you’ve deleted the original WordPress.com site there’s no way to recover the content that was on it.
