Can you help me set up with you please?

Hi
I was trying to set up a website with you. I went through the set up and then put my Master Card details in and it told me it wasn’t valid. I redid the credit card details and it said a free site existed or something like that.
I would like hosting with you with the Premium set up with the site name: elimbarialpacas.com.au
My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I don’t know if I have actually paid or I need to start again from scratch.

It doesn’t look like you’ve paid anything just yet, but you did setup a free site elimbarialpacas.wordpress.com. Can you try making the payment again by selecting the Premium bundle from your Store here?

Why do I have to purchase Domain Mapping and what does this mean. In your documentation there is nothing to say that you don’t purchase .com.au addresses. I want elimbarialpacas.com.au as the address. Are you saying I have to purchase this separately and go through the hassle of transferring? I purchased the Premium upgrade so I wouldn’t have this to do. There is not much point in the upgrade if you don’t organise this for me.
What do I do next so that the domain name is: elimbarialpacas.com.au?
If you can’t do this please refund the $99.

You can definitely have elimbarialpacas.com.au as your domain. However, through WordPress.com, we only register the following domain extensions here:
Unfortunately, you cannot register .com.au domains through WordPress.com directly. However, you can register it elsewhere and map it to your blog as you mentioned. Would that work? Instructions for mapping a domain you already own elsewhere can be found here:
