Can you help me upload photos

Hello, I’ve had my blog for a few years now, and I’ve never had issues uploading photos (Even when we lived abroad and the internet sucked). Lately (like for the past week), whenever I try to upload photos, it tells me that an error occured during the upload and that my photos couldn’t be uploaded. I’ve tried using different computers, different browsers (chrome, explorer, firefox), getting photos from different locations (my computer, external hard drive), even taking snippits of the photos using the snipping tool (which has also always worked for me in the past). I’m not sure what else I can try! Is there a limit on storage space or something that I’m unaware of? Also, if I delete photos from the library, will it also delete them from my posts? Any help you can give would be helpful!

Have you exhausted your free media upload space allocation?

Images you upload into your media library and embed into posts and pages are on wordpress.COM servers. They remain visible unless or until you delete them from your media library. Doing that removes them from every place you embedded them in the blog and leaves behind broken links.
Images you link to on other sites are not on wordpress.com servers, and can disappear if they are removed at the source from the servers they are on.

(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.

(c) Exactly what you experience including exactly what any error reports you receive state.
(d) Screenshots can be helpful. You can use http://snag.gy/ or http://cloudup.com to share screenshots and link to them here.
