Can you help me with a problem with an upgrade?

    I have been trying to upgrade my account with a perfectly valid VISA card issued by the bank IngDiba in Germany and am told that the card can’t be used.

    Below are the only accepted means of payment.

    WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

    If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country or pay in Bitcoin.

    In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.

    The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

    I upgraded a domain on my site on August 16, 2014. familyhopeblog.org is my primary domain, but I added leetoniapointman.org on the Aug. 16th and as yet have not received an answer to how to access the leetoniapointman.org site that I paid for. The only answer I have received so far is do I want to delete it? NO, I do not want to delete it I want to post something on it.

    I am seeing three different domains pointing to your familyhopeblog.wordpress.com site.

    familyhopeblog.com
    familyhopeblog.org
    leetoniapointman.org

    Is that what you are wanting? Or are you trying to have each of those domains pointing to its own site?
