Can you help transfer my subscribers and stats from wordpress.com to blue host?

  Hi, I’ve recently moved my site millennialzen.com from wordpress.com to blue host (aka mapleleafzen.wordpress.com). I’d like to transfer my stats and email subscribers over to the new hosted site. Can you help me with that?
