Can you help with my php?

  I can not get my photos to upload. I was told I need to have more memory allowed in your php.ini OR GD Library has not been enabled/activated on your account. In which case, contacting your server host tech support to enable this for you should resolve this. Can you help? I bought my theme from Photocrati.

  It sounds like you are running a self-hosted installation of WordPress.org. To clear up any any confusion, WordPress.org and WordPress.com are separate.
