Can you help with purchased premium theme (delicious magazine)-NOT working?

  SECOND REQUEST FOR HELP

  I purchased the custom theme delicious magazine last week – but the template did NOT load to our site. We are interesting in the header with the 3 story option on the right side. This DID NOT appear.

  We also then purchased the $30 feature to add your own custom CSS (or html – can’t remember what it said) and tried to upload our own code. This also DID NOT work.

  So, we (high school online news class) are $75.00 out of pocket (teacher’s own pocket) and nothing is working.

  HELP PLEASE.
