Can you implement Google Analytics on a free blog?

  I was wondering if it is possible to implement the tracking ID (or some kind of widget) on a free WordPress blog like mine.

  Google Analytics can’t be used on blogs hosted here at WordPress.com, regardless of upgrade, but we have our own stats tracking. You can read more about it here:

  You can also use Google Webmaster Tools for some additional information about how Google is crawling your site:
