Can you link a gallery from another blog?

When I started with wordpress, my blog was at:
Then I decided to move it all to:
http://antirider.wordpress.com
When I did that, I exported all of the blogs from navycoat to antirider. I understand that the photos are still being linked to the original location on the navycoat account but I was okay with that. I didn’t think it was worth it to upload hundreds of photos back up to the antirider when they were already fine on the first one. My blogs are very photo heavy.
However, I realized that all of the galleries didn’t work. Is there a way to link the galleries from my navycoat blog to my antirider one? It will take hours upon hours to re-upload all of the photos and re write all of the captions for the photos.
