Can you lock the aspect of the Hemmingway Rewritten header on mobile devices?

    I don’t like how my header image is cropped on mobile devices using the Hemmingway Rewritten theme. Is there a way to lock the aspect of the image on all devices? Or, can you recommend a theme that might not do this and still allow a top header image?
