Can you make it so subscribers only see certain posts?

I have too many posts to send out to subscribers, they will get flooded with emails. Is there a way that I can select which posts will send an email notification to subscribers?

Okay now I understand that you are referring to http://xresumedesigns.wordpress.com/ Once your subscribers subscribe they will be in control of their own subscriptions and can choose the frequency with with they receive your published posts (instantly, daily, weekly, never). You cannot control frequency or which posts are sent. All published posts will be sent to all subscribers.

No. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
