Can you make my sidebar accept my widget edits?

5/2/14 7:30-8:30 (ish) AM Eastern. Sidebar widget area not responding to edits.
NO problem with widgets before. This AM, no matter what I do, added widgets do NOT show up on ADDandSoMuchMore.com no matter where I put them, nor do widget edits (Yes, I make sure to save. Several times. Refresh screen. Open new tab. Tried signed in and not. Cleared cache and cookies.) NADA!
Looks fine “backstage” — NOTHING shows up changed “out front” — only what *was* there.
I have attempted to edit *AND* add both text and countdown widgets to my sidebar (also tried footer widget areas). Looks good from widget area – nothing changes that a visitor could see.
This seems new – but problem may be part of other “odd” things recently, like my “upgrade to premium” option suddenly ‘greying out’ (another issue on the way to being handled another way, mention only FYI)
FYI: Post edits seem working – no widget problem on private mghtestsite – upgrade to premium option available there too, btw)

Will be upgrading to Premium today, btw (just notified druesome I was able to pay through his workaround & am waiting only for it to be “turned on.”
I will return here to let you know if that solves the widget problem too.

NOPE. Upgrade now applied and widget changes *still* not showing up on ADDandSoMuchMore.com (see “backstage” text widget 2nd from top on right sidebar) — then go check “out front” NADA.
REMINDER – out of town & i-net/computer unavailable 4/30 – 5/6.ALSO mid-move and must be OUT of current digs by 5/31, so computer access will be sketchy until I’ve “landed” somewhere.
I’m leaving it your capable hands, trusting you will find and fix.

oops – just noticed that bottom two widgets on right side bar are also wonky. Read what the graphics-apology text widget says “backstage” — then go see what it says “out front.” Edits are not TAKING.The Milestone widget I added earlier to test formatting (at the VERY bottom) doesn’t show up at all. Would like to see to make things pretty before I leave for a week, thus the chronic checking back today.
I KNOW you have tons else to do – simply checking when I am able, given all in my life right now (see above), and reporting what I find so you can search logs, etc.

I’m happy to look into this for you. However, currently, your widgets are displaying correctly on my side. Can you point me to a specific widget on your sidebar and let me know what’s wrong with that specific widget? That will help me to investigate further!

Out of town for a week – come back and the widgets I added (that were not showing up) are gone – the changed text in a widget that wasn’t “taking” is no longer backstage either.
Curiouser and curiouser.
Will go see if I can add or edit a widget & get it to show when I awaken tomorrow (traveling for past 20 hours and bushed!).
I will screen snap anything that works oddly this time, so you won’t think I’m nuts. Thanks for responding Jeremey. xx, mgh

Hi there Madelyn. Were you able to take screenshots for us? It’d be terrific if you could take snaps of your widgets configuration on the widgets page in your Dashboard. I know it make take several photos as you have lots of widgets. That’s totally fine. Then, also take screenshots of what you are seeing when you look at your site through your browser.
You can upload the screenshots to your Media Library, like any other images, and I’ll be able to access them from there. Just let me know when there’s something I can take a look at!

I noticed you’ve cleared your cookies and cache and that hasn’t helped. Have you also looked at the site through other browsers? I see that you are using Firefox. What happens when you look at your site on Chrome or Safari?

MUST be out of current digs by May 31 and still have not secured place to move TO, so both time and computer access are in increasingly short supply as deadline draws nearer.
I know this is important, but so’s keeping a roof over my head. Will do as you suggest when time permits. I’m juggling at max, currently – dropping a few balls, unfortunately.
WAS able to remove the old [top of rt. column] Milestone & add a new one, which seems to be working as designed — then updated Firefox in response to their latest “do this now” pop up — then checked here. That’s all I’ve had time for (at 3:25 AM – so must stop to sleep so I can take more boxes to storage & go “house hunting” again tomorrow.)
REALLY appreciate your helpful response (upload to Media Library makes just TOO much sense – don’t need help to snap). I WILL follow-up — I’m just slammed right now, and access to computer increasingly spotty. When it rains it pours!! :(
