Can you migrate my subscribers?

  Migrate suscribers
  I am in the process of switching to wordpress.org. I have purchased a domain, am using hostgator and have installed wordpress. I’ve create an export file and will purchase the option to redirect traffic. My new site isn’t live yet, im still waiting for it to be propagated. I want to migrate my subscribers and have been told you can do this for me? Please will you let me know what I need to do?
