Can you move my subscribers for me from my wordpress.com site

    I read that you would move my subscribers/followers for me to familytravelescapades.com I have been trying to move them but have been unsuccessful. Thank you.

    HI neverland2001,

    Your WordPress.com and email followers were already transfered to your self-hosted WordPress sites.

    Note, that on WordPress.com we count your social media followers (Twitter, Facebook etc) This is why you are seeing the number 659 on your WordPress.com site.

    Self-hosted WordPress sites using Jetpack only show the number of WordPress.com and email followers. This count does not include your social media followers.

    I know that can be confusing to see the counts be different but hopefully that makes since.

    I’m trying to migrate subscribers. I keep getting an error: “Only blog owners can migrate subscribers.”

    I’m not sure why. It allows me to go through the steps, but then gives the error message. We want to migrate followers from clarbojahn.wordpress.com to clarabowmanjahn.com.
