Can you move my subscribers from .com to .org

  I am now self hosting my wordpress site. I’ve posted to let my subscribers know and I have jetpack installed. Can you transfer my subscribers to my new wordpress?

  I’m not sure how it all works. Once the subscribers are moved do I delete my wordpress.com as it will have duplicate posts?
