Can you move the byline at all in the Minimum Theme?

Is it possible to have the byline and date that go beneath each post’s title removed in the Minimum Theme? If not, is there any way to have it moved up so that it appears above the title of a post?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Editing any template is not possible. This is a multi-user blogging platform. That means all blogs wearing the same theme are using the same template which only Staff can access and edit as every edit affects every blog wearing the same theme. You either purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade so you can edit only the appearance or you accept the themes as is.
