can you need posts to pages

  I have created a few pages but I want to add more posts to them along my blogging journey however I don’t know how, or if, you can do that

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It’s not possible for posts to appear on static pages, like the About page or “Book Diary” page that you have.

  Posts automatically show up on these pages:

  • Front page (the blog page)
  • Categories
  • Archives
  • Tags

  What you can do is, create a few categories like “Book Diary”, and when adding/editing a post, assign it to a relevant category.

  This way, all the posts in “Book Diary” category will be listed on its page. Then you can add that category page to the menu bar and/or to the side bar, the same way you added static pages in your custom menu.
