Can you please cancel my upgrade and domain registration?

  I need to cancel my upgrade and domain name. I purchased it on Saturday, then realized I could not access it with FTP or use Flash on it. I sent a request to cancel yesterday too, but have not gotten a response yet.

  If we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it.

  Instead, you can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

  If you don’t want this domain at all, you can cancel it for a full refund if you purchased it within the last two days.

  To cancel the domain, go to Store > Domains in your dashboard. Locate the domain you want to cancel in the list, and click on the Cancel button next to it.

  This cannot be undone, so please follow the on-screen instructions carefully before you confirm the cancellation.

  There’s a drop-down menu with cancel domain as an option but no cancel button next to it as described. I’m using Firefox on Mac OS if that makes a difference.

  That’s probably because the domain is technically past the refund period as of now.

  I have located your support request and directed it to the correct department.

  Someone should be responding by tomorrow, if not sooner.

  My upgrade and domain seem to have been cancelled, but I haven’t received any communication about it. Can you confirm that my payment has been refunded?

  Yes, please cancel my domain for egrabdesign.com as well and confirm that my refund has been processed.

  Please note that the first request I made to cancel both the domain registration and the upgrade was made just one day after making the purchase.
