    Hi There,

    Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address. If you’re sure you want to permanently delete your site, please make sure there are no upgrades on this site, they will need to be removed before the site can be deleted.     Please note, for the deletion of the site should be initiated by yourself as this action is to be performed by the account holder.

    Hello there,


    @justjennifer     is correct.

    It looks like the site is on the business plan. In order to downgrade your site, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.

    Your site’s content, theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were before upgrading to the business plan. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.
