I am trying to establish a website but find the process a bit confusing. I attempted to select the $99 add on package but I don’t believe anything happened. Then I opted for a premium theme for my website and paid $75 but I have no idea how to go about setting up the site (endmd.com). Also, what is the difference between a custom site and a premium theme? The $99 would have included custom — would it have included premium? If so, I’d like to get a refund on the $75 and pay the $99 instead.
Bottom line: I’ve already registered endmd.com somewhere else. I want to use that stand-alone domain name. I want a premium theme (or maybe a custom site depending on what the difference is). Please help.

A premium theme is just a theme that is not free.
The “custom” you’re referring to in the bundle is a custom domain name.
I don’t see any transactions for a Value Bundle on your account. Did you receive a receipt from us?
