    I’m having major issues with transferring my firehighmoss.com to my new website. I have full authorization but am needing help with this. This url is all over all of my packaging, gear, etc. Its going to a dead page. Can you please urgently help me with this? Thank you so much!

    Hi there,

    The flyhighfiremoss username you’re using to post here is not the owner of the domain, firehighmoss.com. Your account owns the site to which that domain is attached, but the domain itself belongs to a different username, and only that username has the ability to transfer ownership of the domain to a different account, or between sites in their account.

    If you have access to the other account as well, log out and log back in as that account. Then you can transfer the domain as explained at https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

    If that account belongs to someone else, you’ll need to ask that person to follow these steps instead to transfer the domain.
