Can you please migrate followers/subscribers to self hosted for me?

  My blog on wordpress.com is: http://cloudstar.wordpress.com

  The new self hosted location is: http://blog.cloudstar.com

  Jetpack is installed, linked, and running, including the subscription feature, so I should be good to go.

  I have no idea how to “flag” this post for staff, but from what I gather, that needs to happen? If anyone can help me with that, it would be much appreciated.
