Can you please provide further assistance with domain mapping?

  I am having difficulty getting WordPress to recognize my new domain name, http://www.nycfoodvixen.com. I had a friend set it up for me last time with a different domain name. Maybe I am doing something wrong. I feel like a moron because I read the instructions but still. I would appreciate any help you can provide me with.

  No worries — I’m glad to help you sort this out! :-)

  It looks like you’ve registered your domain, nycfoodvixen.com, at GoDaddy.

  First, you’ll want to change your name servers on their site to:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  These instructions should come in handy:

  Once you’ve changed your name servers, you should wait a couple of hours before you proceed.

  The next step is to visit Store -> Domains in your dashboard:
  http://foodvixennyc.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Enter in your domain, and follow the prompts. It may take a little while for the changes to take effect, but you should be set. :-)
