Settings: I hit the edit tool a couple of times and instantly the font size hit the ceiling! Can you please help return it to normal? I need this done as a matter of urgency. Thanks.

Check your Browser ZOOM setting please. The quickest way to return your browser to the original zoom setting is to use the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl] + 0 (Windows) or [Cmd] + 0 (Mac).

You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Explanation:
The blog that I requested support for (sudanunion.com) is NOT an iPage blog. It used to be but no longer. I mapped it to my qirriyab.com business at WordPress.com but did not use it for a while. Now I cancelled the one I was using in its place and I am NOW using sudanunion.com as my free domain. If it is not properly installed please fix the problem as well as the original setting problem for which I contacted you. Please do this as a matter of urgency and let me know. Thanks.

@qirriyab, I can see sudanunion.com is still pointed to iPage. I can see you have https://wwwsudanunion.com/ here; is that the site you are referring to, and is that domain intentional? There is no dot after the www.
