Can you please tell me how I can contact customer service

I have a complaint to make about my experience as a customer, and I wish to privately disclose it to the staff so that I may receive a refund for my premium theme after the 30 day mark, as I have worked tireless to make the theme work at the costs of my web designers, and have been unable to modify it in an appropriate manner. It was not disclosed to me that I would be limited to specific google web fonts, and would be unable to change them, and with no time to spare had to host my own installation elsewhere. I continued to use the premium services however, and have linked through jetpack to the external installation for that one blog. I basically paid 250$ for premium with a theme that I can’t even use for my other blogs as it was a business theme. It seems to me that if I had only paid 50$ more I could have gotten unlimited themes, customer support, and other features, and to me it seems unfair I was charged 250 for one theme I can’t use. An argument could be make that I should have researched in depth the theme restriction changes which had been made since the last time I used your guys services, but for a small business owner and blogger, we are stretched thin for time. We expect to see disclosures such as that, to be pretty obvious when signing up, since in my opinion, as a blogger, is that only have those web fonts, can be fairly limiting given the vast nature of them and ease of accessibility, and not to mention popularity. Please let me know how I can seek resolution on this matter, as I am feeling disastified as a customer and intend to build a long standing relationship with wordpress through my writing. Thanks in advance, and please privatize this post if you can because I am not sure how and have tried hard to figure out how to contact you guys in a more personable manner. Also after this matter is resolved, it would be really cool if you guys could delete this thread since it probably won’t have much use for anyone else. Thanks again and have a great day guys.

What’s required now is your patience as Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Please don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

i have some questions about how I can untangle usernames and passwords and blog sites I have. There are three and I don’t seem to be able figure out how to log into either due to lost passwords or usernames that show error. Can i speak directly to someone so I can organize my blogs and delete one.

That is a totally new topic, so you have a couple of options. You can either go to our Lost Password interface and use the Account Recovery link to try and get access to one or more of your accounts there:
