Can you please transfer my subscribers from my .com blog to my .org blog?

  I would like to transfer my email subscribers from my old http://www.mjvalentine.com (WordPress.com) to my new blog http://www.mjvalentine.com (WordPress.org). Can you please let me know if you can do this, and whether you need any further information?

  We can do this!

  In order to migrate subscribers, we’ll need you to connect your self-hosted site to WordPress.com. To do this, install the Jetpack plugin (or activate it) and then you’ll be prompted to “Connect to WordPress.com”. Once this is done, we will “see” your self-hosted site and and can migrate the subscriber information to it.

  Let me know when you’ve had a chance to connect Jetpack, and I’ll start the migration for you. :)
