Can you post HD YouTube videos on WordPress?

  I haven’t had any luck when trying to post the higher quality youtube videos. I’ve seen a few tricks where you add a small line to the embed code, but since WordPress doesn’t use the embed code I’m kind of stuck. Any suggestions?
