Can you put a subscription for an extarnal newsletter on wordpress?

  I use the blog to raise some private topics about my work. I also have a professional newsletter for my work. Is there a way I can put a subsription on my blog for the newsletter. All I want is for them to register language and e-mail address. I only use the on-line version of WordPress, not the download.
