Can you remove a plugin?

  I need wordpress to delete the ‘wptouch’ folder that is in /wp-content/plugins.

  Hi @caringstories, we can only manage the sites hosted here on our servers, and I don’t see any on your account that have plugins. If that site is hosted here with us, could you send a link to it?

  If it’s a WordPress installation hosted with another provider, the host should be able to help you delete the folder via File Manager or FTP/SFTP — then going forward, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
