Can you remove a specific ghost site?

  I changed the address for my blog in order to use the same address for another blog. I did not tick the box which suggested I´d want to use the same address later, oblivious of the fact that I would not be able to use it else once deleted. Can you remove the ghost site so I can once more use the address?

  I’m sorry but there is no recycling of deleted blog URLS here at wordpress.com.

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can purchase a domain name via a domain mapping upgrade as in that case it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
