Can you see if there is a bug on my account for accessing the design tools?

  I think there is a bug. I can no longer edit with the design tools of any theme. When I hit customize, it says that it will load design tools, then it NEVER does. I’m not sure how else to access the design tools. Any suggestions for me? I have changed themes, in hopes of them loading under a different theme, but that doesn’t’ help.
