Can you send a summary email to subscribers instead of the whole post?

    Hi there!
    I have email subscribers to my blog and when I publish a new post they happily get an email about it.
    But they get the whole post emailed for them to read. Which means they are less likely to click thru to the blog to read it.
    Is there a way of setting the email to only be a summary with a ‘read more…’ note and link to the whole post?

    I know from friends that they read the email but don’t click thru to the site, and would really like those visitors…

    Let me know if you can edit the subscriber email, if there is a way I can’t see it!

    Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> For each article in a feed, show >> Summery

    Should done it. also saves a bit of bandwidth if you use many pictures.
