Can you shut someone else's blog down for slander?
-
What are the rules about ‘hate’ sites? Say if there’s a blog dedicated to spreading bad comments about a particular company or website despite that company’s attempts to open lines of communication? It started off as a warning to other potential users, but has since escalated to what could be argued as a hate site against a particular company.
Obviously I’m speaking about a particular site, but I’m exploring options at the moment. I’m curios about what the rules are and whether there is line of questioning/procedure we can pursue to fight this negativity.
