Can you stop another wordpress site from stealing my articles?

A wordpress blog called Softwearskill has been stealing my articles and posting them under Ihe title administrator. This has been happening since at least last May and itis really infuriating. Not only are they stealing my hard work, but they are posting it in another WordPress blog. There is no way to contact them, because the site says that you have to be logged in to comment and I don’t have their login information.
can you do something about this?
