can you take off the late renewal fee?

  sorry i will not renew for a cost of 80.00 I had no internet access otherwise I would have renewed on time.This is to extreme. I’m a small business just trying to start out in the transportation business.

  Unfortunately the redemption fee is one which is charged by the registry, not by us. As such, we have no control over who is charged or when in the process.
